This Privacy Policy describes how V3s Software, Inc. ("V3s," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the v3s.dev marketing website (the "Site"). V3s is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Dallas, Texas.

This policy covers the v3s.dev marketing site only. Our products (including ResumeBlox, CloserMX, Spex Opus, and others) operate under their own product-specific privacy policies. If you use one of those products, refer to its policy for the practices that apply there.

The Site is an informational marketing site. It does not require an account, host a contact form, or set cookies for advertising or analytics. The Site does not knowingly track visitors across other sites.

Server access logs. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard request metadata, including IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp. This is operational data used to serve pages, prevent abuse, and maintain availability.

Information you send us. If you email an address linked from the Site (such as support@v3s.dev) or call a phone number listed on the Site, we will receive whatever information you choose to share, including your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.

To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

To respond to inquiries you initiate by email or phone.

To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the Site. These include Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, edge security) and email providers used to receive messages sent to addresses listed on the Site. These vendors process data on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Server logs are retained for the period configured by our hosting provider and rotated thereafter. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the conversation, or for a longer period where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email support@v3s.dev. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions with similar laws have additional rights, including (where applicable) the right to know the categories of personal information collected and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and information we receive is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the revised text. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
